The workshop is conducted in an interview-discussion format and lasts two hours. The company’s AI maturity is assessed using a structured scoring system during the session.
The interview explores:
The company’s self-assessment regarding AI.
Understanding of AI solutions and industry practices.
Readiness for AI implementation, evaluated from organizational culture, flexibility, and resource availability perspectives.
OUTCOME
The consultant evaluates the company’s ability and readiness to leverage its existing processes and structures for AI development and assists in creating an action plan for further AI implementation.

During the workshop, the company:

PRICE
The service costs €600. If the workshop extends beyond two hours at the client’s request, an additional hourly rate of €250 applies.
