Think Tank for Enabling Artificial Intelligence (AI) in the Public Sector


FRAMEWORK: 

  • Aimed at the leadership teams of institutions/organizations (up to 10 participants).

  • Includes workshops, hackathons, consultations, and research.

  • Program duration: up to six months.


OBJECTIVE:

Using AI innovations and technologies to improve resource management, efficiency, decision-making quality, public engagement, and service accessibility of public institutions/organizations.


METHODOLOGY:

Under the guidance of experienced consultants and AI experts, a structured environment is created, allowing the participants to solve specific tasks and gain practical experience in creativity, experimentation, and risk tolerance.

A series of workshops takes participants from idea generation to the development of pilot projects.

Throughout the program, participants enhance their knowledge and skills in AI, develop readiness to create a future AI vision and strategy and gain the ability to collaborate, define, initiate, and implement AI projects.

This program’s lasting value is establishing an innovation-oriented culture within the institution/organization.

HOW IT WORKS:

Phase 1: Preparation (Consultations, Interviews)

  • Assessment of the current AI situation in the institution/organization and clarification of desired changes.

  • Agreement on the program’s structure and content.

Phase 2: Ideation (Workshop)

  • Presentation of successful AI use cases in public administration.

  • Idea generation for applying AI in the institution/organization.

Phase 3: In-Depth Research (Consultations, Evaluation)

  • AI Master Lab experts conduct a detailed analysis and evaluation of the client’s needs.

  • The client receives recommendations for implementing AI solutions in their institution/organization.

Phase 4: Pilot Project Implementation (Hackathon, Consultative Support, Training)


  • The client leads the pilot project implementation and receives ongoing support from AI Master Lab specialists.

  • If necessary, AI Master Lab experts assist the client in preparing project requirements, selecting technical executors, training the client’s specialists, and facilitating communication with the developer.
